Warranty Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Domextics.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Domextics (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in the ability to use the appliance under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Domextics will replace the appliance where the appliance is unusable. Excluding malicious damage

What will we do to correct problems?
Domextics will replace the product with another similar product of similar value (extra may be paid by buyer for more expensive product) or a refund will be issued on return of the product in similar condition as when it was purchased.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Domextics is any time length up to 90 days from the date of purchase for refurbished goods and up to 120 days for Graded goods, your actual warranty length will be clearly stated on your receipt if different.
A replacement Physical Good assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or
Up to the above days (as per original warranty time length stated on receipt) from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
1- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

2-Damage to the Appliance caused by the user

 3- Repairs to the goods unless agreed with us

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most
appropriate solution for you.

Any stickers/serial numbers removed from rear of the appliance will render the warranty null and void.
If for any other reason not given above a refund is issued. This will not include any other services offered including any delivery fees.
